The talk has been very informative. I have been fighting very hard to solve my problem of Leg-cramps for last 12-months. I have tried allopathy, homeopathy and Ayurvedic medicines. Got relief for some time but back again to square one. Thanks once again.
I’m so glad you find this informative! Dr. Dean really knows her stuff. Sometimes the resolution is simpler than we expect. Other times, it is more involved for sure. Have you been able to give magnesium a go? I remember my mom having horrible leg cramps when she was in her 70s and working with me, I started her on magnesium along with a bunch of other things due to her neglecting her health for so long and she was impressed with how well it worked for getting rid of her leg cramps. In any case, we’d love to hear your progress!
