It is clear that drinking water is more beneficial to the body than drinking sodas, coffee, tea and juice, but so few people pay attention to the quality of the water they consume.

Tap water, for example, is filled with harmful contaminants such as chlorine, fluoride and all other sorts of industrial chemical runoff. These contaminants are responsible for a host of health problems, including, but not limited to, cancer, thyroid problems, autism (think heavy metal poisoning) and fertility problems. This is one reason why it is so important to use a good quality water cooler dispenser for all of your drinking water, whether you are using it to drink straight or in other beverages and foods where the flavor might be masked such as in soups, coffee or tea (if you’re going to drink it, you might as well improve it), or making pasta or rice.
One of the most compelling reasons for drinking higher quality water is described in the work of Dr. Masaru Emoto of Japan who studied the crystalline structure of water under various conditions. What he found was that water from pristine origins such as clean bodies of water, waterfalls and sacred locations had a beautiful crystal structure reminding one of the most perfect diamond or a snowflake when viewed close up. On the other hand, contaminated water from city water supplies or other dirty industrial water supplies showed no discernible structure and in fact were ugly and distorted. While filtered water from a water cooler dispenser was not as perfect as some of the most pristine water sources in the world, it was very close.
In addition to the source and quality of the water, Emoto found that feelings directed toward water were very important to the integrity of the structure of water. By simply placing the positive words like “love” or “appreciation” on a glass of water, the water would also develop a beautiful crystalline structure under a microscope. While placing a label with words like “hate” or “kill” on water, the water would show the same distortion as the dirty water no matter what the origin of the water.
These observations are so important to humans, animals, the planet and our health in general. Water is such an important component of our bodies, making up more than 50% of it. When you look at someone and see harsh signs of aging, sagging skin, strange eruptions and odd growths that don’t look quite normal, natural or organic, what do you think that is? I’m not talking about normal signs of aging, but really those oddities that make it virtually impossible to visualize what the person may have looked like in their youth. This is the manifestation of years of consuming toxic, damaged water, but it is also the manifestation of negative emotions like anger, hatred, and resentment that have literally distorted their physical bodies into something virtually unrecognizable as human. A bit like the story of “The Picture of Dorian Gray“.
The message here is not to take the quality of your water lightly. And if you do have the wisdom to consume high quality water, make sure that your emotions are in check and that you are able to maintain a level of peace and serenity in your life. Even something as simple as wearing clothing with positive messages on it can help you to send the right messages to the water in your cells. Indeed, the well being of your water can have a profound effect on your life and your health.
